Why did Borris Miles vote against the castle doctrine? Why, that's simple. As a former only one and current lawmaker, he figures he can't trust the rest of us to defend ourselves, but knows no one will question him.
I just wonder whether he retreated first.
While I'm all for him taking a creep out of circulation (temporarily...he hit the guy in the leg), I really wish he were willing to accept others' self-defense. As much as I'd like to hope this experience might change his mind, I'm sure it didn't.
